Something’s been weighing heavily on my heart lately, and I have to do something about it.
So many people approach me and say, “how do you stay so motivated to exercise?” and I truly think it has to do with ONE. major. thing.
You have to do what motivates YOU! Cardio, kickboxing, weights, yoga, PiYo, dancing…whatever.
People think that exercise is this dreadful death sentence, but it’s really not. You just gotta find your “SOULMATE WORKOUT”, as I call it! 😀
So for the FIRST TIME EVER, I want to offer a TOTALLY FREE way for you to try a multitude of different styles of workouts, at any fitness level, so you can see what YOU like to do!
You’ll be able to do this from the comfort of your own home, connecting online with a small group of people doing the same thing, every day.
I’ll provide everything else (workout calendar, online workouts, my nutrition plan/grocery shopping list that I use).
