Have you ever considered going gluten-free, but don’t know where to start?
When I went gluten free 5 years ago, I thought that “gluten-free eating” meant lots of gluten-free pastas and breads.
While technically that might be the case, going gluten-free does not necessarily mean “healthy eating”, which, in my case, was not.
Today I want to shorten your learning curve and give you the basics for eating gluten-free and healthy. It’s easier than you think!
Here’s a sample grocery list. Print it out and take it to the grocery store.
*Note: When entering many grocery stores, the fruits/veggies/produce section will be on the left or right hand side. Take this list and move around the perimeter of the store. That’s typically where the freshest foods are, since they need to be refrigerated. This will also prevent you from getting too many junky foods that aren’t naturally gluten-free anyway!
Want to share the healthy food vibes? Pin this on Pinterest, share this on Facebook, or email it to anyone who you think would benefit from it.
Stay healthy, my friends!
In peace & health,
