A Lenten Dish to Try: Mushroom Soup

I saw this mushroom soup recipe on the New York Times’ website this week and I absolutely cannot wait to try it. The dish has virtually no fat, making it a clean, healthy eating option. I may add quinoa to it to add protein to the dish! Whether you do or don’t eat meat on Fridays during Lent, this gluten free soup would be worth a try.
