I recently found these little chips at my local food store and thought they may be worth a try. I think they are a great option with my Spinach and Artichoke Dip (wink wink): they are thick enough to pile on a generous amount of whatever you like. These chips come intact as well, which would make for a foundation for a small appetizer (the chips are as big as a golf ball or more in diameter). Furthermore, I think they are tasty on their own, and with ingredients like flaxseed, quinoa, sesame and chia seeds, I think they are a great, healthy, certified GF alternative to the run-of-the-mill tortilla chip.
I give Snyder’s of Hanover a pat on the back for making some gluten free options! As a kid, I always associated Snyder’s with normal pretzels, and it’s nice to see that they are broadening their horizons to gluten free options.
