The average college student thrives solely on Easy Mac, a bowl of microwaveable macaroni and cheese. Pre-gluten allergy, I loved Easy Mac. It was cheesy, it was artificial, it was delicious, it was ready in 2 1/2 minutes- what’s not to love?

One of my occasional weakness- gluten free brown rice Mac and Cheese.
How does it look?
The macaroni and cheese looks like, well, macaroni and cheese. I find nothing wrong with its initial presentation!
How does it cook?
The glory of an easy mac dish is that it cooks in the microwave with little effort. My lazy moments rejoice in this dish.
Very easy, very simple.
How does it taste?
The taste is extremely similar to Kraft Easy Mac (my glutinous past), and yet it is healthier than original Easy Mac. I ate the whole thing in 90 seconds.
The process is simple, the taste is delicious, and the customer is happy. However the price isn’t extremely cheap, but that’s the price to pay for many things gluten free!
